powerstilts

Run at 20mph, jump 6ft in the air, perform filps over stuff! No, you haven't just gained super powers. You have Power Stilts! With some practice, these things can be great fun. Just remember, if you perform a 6ft jump at 20mph and don't land it correctly, you will look like a road kill animal curled up on the floor, so don't just put them on and think it's easy.

Power stilting is like free running on steroids but without the steroids. Don't take drugs, kids!

You run and jump over things a lot with them as free runners do but, try climbing in them and you'd better pre-book your hospital bed. We recommend that you practice as much as you can with these as it can be very difficult to master. When purchasing a pair of stilts you should receive an instruction DVD teaching you the basics. Study this!

Each stilt consists of a foot-plate with bindings similar to a snowboard, arms and pads that come up around your shins, a rubber foot pad which is also known as a 'hoof' and a fibreglass leaf spring.
