If so, paintballing is just what you need.

You and your mates are split into two teams. Then, you are given high power gas fuelled guns that fire small, paint filled balls at a speed of 90 meters per second! Get hit by one of these and you will know about it! It will leave a bruise. If you bruise easily, you will go home looking like you have tried to colour yourself in with a permanent marker.

The teams are put into scenarios, for example ‘Capture the Flag’ or ‘Storm the Bridge’ etc, and have to complete the mission to win. That's basically it.

You pay for an all day activity, which still isn't long enough to kick ass, but you will be well and truly knackered at the end. The next day will be painful.

This is the perfect activity for stag dos or corporate events.

Cost and Equipment

Paintball day out  -  The day is very cheap. From as little as £15 per person. This should include lunch. What costs the money are the paintballs themselves. They are around £5 for 50. So if you are trigger happy, make sure your wallet can take it.

Overalls  -  Camo Overalls will be provided on the day. Wear loose fitting clothes underneath as you will be getting hot! It's best to take a spare set of clothes/shoes to change into afterwards as it can get very messy.

Face Mask  -  Provided on the day. The cool looking mask not only protects your pretty face but makes you look pretty goddamn mean too!

Gun  -  And last of all, the most important piece of equipment, your BOOM STICK. These vary at different paintball companies. You will either have a pump action or a semi automatic gun. All you need to do is add the paintball into the holder at the top and fire until you get finger cramp!
