Coasteering

Coasteering is a cross between climbing and swimming. It's quite a new extreme sport and looks like great fun.

It involves climbing on cliffs along the coast line and jumping off into the sea and swimming to the next climbable cliff. This can be a very dangerous sports so make sure that you attempt this with a coasteering company who will be fully insured, have the correct equipment and know the best places to do the activity.

To attempt this extreme sport you have to be fit and a strong swimmer as it is easy to get into trouble in the water.

This extreme sport is the type of activity that you would do in a club and not alone. Coasteeing is also the perfect extreme sport for stag do activities.

Coasteering is made up of swimming or adventure swimming, climbing/scrambling, jumping and diving. Having no fear helps with this one!

Coasteering Activity  -  Around £50 for half a day per person. This will also provide you with all safety equipment and an instructor.
