Quad Biking
Quad Biking is a part of the ATV category along with MotoX bikes and some off road cars. It’s basically a MotoX bike on four wheels with a lot of power.
These beasts of the dirt can pretty much go anywhere you have the balls to take them. Mud, sand, snow, ice, grass and now they have also been made road legal in the UK. The only problem is that when people ride Quads on the road, other people will stand, stair and maybe even laugh. But if your the person on the Quad you won’t give a badgers nadgers, because its not only your transport but also your hobby and you know that you are riding a caged off road beast and you have the key to let it loose at any time and have some real fun.
There are a few different types of Quad biking that are much the same as MotoX.
• Race – Funny enough this is Quad Bike Racing across different terrains.
• Trek - Exploration Treks using Quad Bikes on off road terrains. This is usually what you would do when going on a day Quad Biking activity.
• Stunt - This is what the nutters/brave use the Quad Bikes for. Charging at full speed into a jump and performing tricks with the bikes (and hopefully landing them).
